The Metamorphosis

Hey team, a lot to talk about, so lemme start with this. I was super excited when I saw that the final for my editorial painting class was to do a book cover for "The Metamorphosis" by Franz Kafka, which is one of my favorite stories of all time. I put this together, as I really didn't want to do the typical cockroach painting that literally everyone else did- we needed to call an exterminator by the end of the critique.

    I love the concept, but way to take a stab at the people who painted cockroaches. ouch.
